We’ve got a lot to look forward to in Week 3, and the game between Penn State and Auburn is arguably the one we’re most excited about because of the White Out. However, there will undoubtedly be many more highlights from Saturday’s activity.

GameDay is on the ground.

And, since we know you’re curious, here’s the latest on the Miami cat.
The greatest catch of Week 2 of college football occurred in the stands, when a cat was discovered dangling from a balcony at Hard Rock Stadium.
Corso’s choice is…
Lee Corso picks a winner in the “white out” game between No. 22 Auburn and No. 10 Penn State.
This famous rivalry, which has been dormant for the last decade, hasn’t delivered many spectacular shocks lately, as I noted this week when rating the top Oklahoma-Nebraska games. Classic contests ensued when both teams were at their peak, although the favored side triumphed by an average of 42 points in five games with a margin of three touchdowns or more between 1995 and 2008.
The fact that OU is now a 22-point favorite doesn’t bode well for the outcome of this game. The Huskers are in their fourth year of hoping Scott Frost will turn things around for them, and the Sooners are ranked third in the AP poll. But it’s worth noting that Nebraska has looked fairly strong since its Week 0 defeat to Illinois, which was mostly due to turnovers and special teams miscues. Bill Connelly’s Week 3 preview (ESPN+) has additional information.

This is the kind of score that we could watch all day.

Today, litigate like a champion.
The trademark “Play Like A Champion Today,” which is held by former Irish coach Lou Holtz, and Notre Dame have reached an agreement. Oklahoma’s usage of the term predates Notre Dame’s by many decades, according to legendary Oklahoma coach Barry Switzer. But, hey, in love and trademark law, everything is fair.

Let’s get this White Out party started! This was one of the numerous college football traditions we didn’t get to see last season, along with a slew of others. And we can’t wait to see how it will play against Auburn.
Take a look at these supporters a few days before the game! Everything is pumped up and ready to go.
Even though it is just Tuesday, Happy Valley seems to be preparing for the Whiteout.

On the other hand, Purdue’s marching band will be unable to carry their massive drum to the Notre Dame game, which is a significant narrative.
Purdue University said Friday that the World’s Largest Drum is too large for Notre Dame Stadium.
As a consequence, for the first time since 1979, Purdue’s All-American Band will perform without its massive bass drum during halftime. https://t.co/h1i9N7cwiC

But wait, there’s more! The drum is now a part of the game. It is unknown where it will be stationed.

Okay, so here’s the problem. Stephen A. Smith must wear a Gators tie if Florida loses against Alabama by fewer than three touchdowns. But, just to be clear, if UF were to win on the road, the price should be far higher than a draw. (According to ESPN’s Football Power Index, Alabama has a 71.4 percent probability of winning the game.)
“[Alabama’s] going to mop y’all right out of the state,” says @stephenasmith. “If Florida is closer than that, how about wearing a Gator tie next Friday?” says @TimTebow. @StephenaSmith: @StephenaSmith: @StephenaSmith: @ “Do you want to wear a gator tie? Done!” pic.twitter.com/QYwlf8v4eG
